Refund policy

1. Returns

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging. Certain items, such as perishable goods, personalized items, or sale items, may not be eligible for return (see “Non-Returnable Items” below).

  2. Return Period:
    Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

  3. Return Process:

  4. Return Shipping:
    Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning items, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at [email address].

  • Personalized items or items marked as final sale

5. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
